These terms apply when you use demandvista.site, request a funnel audit, or buy a pass from DemandVista.
The company
DemandVista is owned and operated by Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, based in India, and its registration details are shown on each quote and invoice; email hello@demandvista.site with questions, or see our network rules.
Eligible clients
We work with lawful adult businesses, including sexual wellness and adult retailers, subscription and membership sites, dating services, venues and suppliers to the industry. We do not work with businesses that advertise paid sexual services, and may end an engagement at once if we discover that a client does.
Scope of a pass
Each pass covers the work listed on the pricing page and in your written quote: tracking, sign-up points, landing page and checkout fixes, email flows and reporting. Building a new website, buying media and legal advice are not included unless agreed separately in writing.
Consent and lead data
Leads collected through work we do for you belong to you and live in your tools. You are responsible for your privacy notice and for the consent your business relies on; we design sign-up points to support that consent. We will not buy, rent or scrape contact data, send marketing texts or calls without written consent, or publish fake reviews or undisclosed endorsements on your behalf.
Results
Conversion rates, lead volumes and revenue depend on traffic, product, price and market, most of which we do not control. We commit to doing the agreed work well, not to any particular outcome.
Payment
- Passes are priced monthly in US dollars and confirmed in your quote.
- Flexible: invoiced monthly; cancel by telling us before the next invoice date.
- Term: picking a three-, six- or twelve-month pass fixes the discounted monthly fare until that pass runs out.
- Invoices are due at the start of each month. Third-party costs, such as software or design, need your approval first.
Your obligations
- Operate lawfully and keep any age verification your products or content require.
- Give us accurate information about your products, offers and prices.
- Approve changes before they go live, and get legal advice on anything with legal effect.
Confidentiality and ownership
What we see of your business, your figures and your customers is kept private. Paid-for deliverables, including copy, templates and email flows, become yours; our own methods and tools stay ours. The privacy policy explains how personal data is treated.
Limit on liability
If DemandVista is found liable, the amount is capped at ninety days of fees preceding the claim. Actions taken by ad platforms, email providers, payment processors or regulators sit outside our responsibility, as does indirect loss. Where a limit like this is unlawful, it falls away.
Ending a pass
You or we may end a pass with thirty days' notice in writing, or immediately if the other side seriously breaches these terms, including the eligibility rules above.
Governing law
Disputes under these terms are decided under Indian law by courts in India, except where a signed quote picks another forum.
